- A good friend from our branch moved to Utah to attend BYU this summer. She came back to visit for the holidays and came to the branch today. She is an accounting major and it was fun to hear her experiences at BYU and impart our accounting major wisdom. We laughed at her "Utah" mormon experiences (such as boys inviting her on Sunday to walk to the temple and read the next Sunday school lesson). She even said oh my heck. A couple times. :)
We also compared her BYU experience to her education in Ukraine. I heard this from several Ukrainians before, but she mentioned it again. That here it's so common to "buy" an essay, an assignment, an exam, or even a degree. Not everyone takes this approach to education, but it's available if you want.
What? You can buy your grade? I should go THERE!!!
