- Our nanny has a couple fabulous pizza recipes. Tonight she made cottage cheese pizza and it was delicious! She loves to put "fresh" things on top to make it healthy, which we think is a great idea. Another favorite she made recently used baked grated potatoes as a crust. I know this sounds weird, but it was kind of like a crispy hashbrown bottom that was also very tasty.
That was a really yummy pizza. Mmm.
