- We've asked Tanya to make Ukrainian food each Wednesday for us. We thought this would be a great way to taste some of the dishes we have not tried yet and a way to perhaps learn how to make them. The learning part has not worked out as Amanda is usually busy with the girls and Daniel, but the tasting part has been fabulous! Tonight we had Holubtsi (cabbage rolls) and beet salad. They were both delicious and the girls even ate them.
