- This was what was sitting outside our kitchen window tonight. Right in the middle of its web. Catching little flies and eating them. We sat and watched it for a long time. It was really gruesome, but really fascinating at the same time. The next couple of days we noticed it would go somewhere during the daytime and then come and sit on its web during the nighttime. Needless to say we never opened that window again.
