- REC produces polysilicon for use in solar panels. The plant is pretty high tech, especially considering its location--Moses Lake, WA. The building on the left is the tallest building in Eastern Washington. This was taken handheld, but I wish I had my tripod to get a really sharp image. Maybe next time.
