- The girls really wanted to see the snow this year, but unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), there has been very little in Seattle this year. The Snoqualmie ski resort is about an hour away, and the day was so clear, so we decided to take a drive. The girls "played" in the snow for about 20 minutes until they were cold. Oh well, it was a beautiful drive.
Some go to the snow, others let it come to them.
